“ On 4/16 I called and spoke with Austin Helton about getting a 2024 KIA Carnival SX in red. I mentioned there was one sitting at Kings KIA. Asked him if he can get it? Or do we need to travel there. He not only could get it, but he had also had it transferred to Harrison that day. We went next morning and met him and his fellow employees. All so kind and helpful. Test drove and walked away with it. I even had to go quickly after signing papers due to an appointment I had to make. But came in later and he showed me the ropes. “ We were looking to replace our existing Toyota Prius v with a newer SUV type model. After much research it came down to the KIA Sportage and Honda CR-V. We found that the Sportage provided more of what we were looking for in a lower trim package that made it the best choice. I worked with Mike Monroe for almost 7 months to order and deliver a Sportage Hybrid model and it was a pleasure. He and the Cronin team were able to get delivery of our car in late November and communicated with us on a regular basis. It was agreed that we would not have to buy if after driving the car we did not want to proceed. Well we chose the Sportage and ended up buying in a no-pressure, non-commissioned environment. Mike Monroe went over all the features and helped us negotiate a fair price. The dealership is newer and has a very good flow for sales and servicing.
