I recently bought a 2025 Kia Carnival EX and my product specialist Jeff Harper did a great job. Jeff took the time to go over all of the functions of the vehicle so that I had minimal questions when it came to making a decision. I cannot recommend Jeff enough and the rest of the guys were good as well.The overall experience at the dealership was very good. This car is amazing and having a six cylinder with the power it offers is great and only 1 mile per gallon difference over my previous van that had a 4 cyclinder. And by the way Consumer Reports rates it above the Toyota, Honda and Chrysler.

On 4/16 I called and spoke with Austin Helton about getting a 2024 KIA Carnival SX in red. I mentioned there was one sitting at Kings KIA. Asked him if he can get it? Or do we need to travel there. He not only could get it, but he had also had it transferred to Harrison that day. We went next morning and met him and his fellow employees. All so kind and helpful. Test drove and walked away with it. I even had to go quickly after signing papers due to an appointment I had to make. But came in later and he showed me the ropes. We were looking to replace our existing Toyota Prius v with a newer SUV type model. After much research it came down to the KIA Sportage and Honda CR-V. We found that the Sportage provided more of what we were looking for in a lower trim package that made it the best choice. I worked with Mike Monroe for almost 7 months to order and deliver a Sportage Hybrid model and it was a pleasure. He and the Cronin team were able to get delivery of our car in late November and communicated with us on a regular basis. It was agreed that we would not have to buy if after driving the car we did not want to proceed. Well we chose the Sportage and ended up buying in a no-pressure, non-commissioned environment. Mike Monroe went over all the features and helped us negotiate a fair price. The dealership is newer and has a very good flow for sales and servicing. Kayla was such a big help. I’ve never bought a car on my own and I didn’t know how to go about it.she answered ever question me and my mom had . She explained everything to me. She was so nice to me. She did everything from bringing the paperwork to me , to bringing the car also.due to an accident I wasn’t able to get there to get the car. She had it washed and the tank filled. When she got here with the car she did not make us feel like she was in a rush at all. She was very patient. She answers ever txt I send her and txts me to tell me she thinks about me and my mom. Just purchased a 2022 Sportage EX. This is the second time I purchased a vehicle at Cronin Kia. The salesman for both vehicles war Shiloh. Very, very pleasant experience. It does not feel like a dealer ship inside. No pressure!! Shiloh in particular is very nice and Tyler (who handles the paperwork) is very easy going. You have to at least stop by for a new or used vehicle.

I took my car in today, July 16th, a Kia Sportage turbo for two recalls and also for an issue in the front end of which I didn't know what was wrong. The service department, namely Doug, is excellent to work with. They are very friendly and knowledgeable. I have always been treated with respect in the service department. My two recalls were taken care of and I needed two front tires put on. They had the tires in stock and put those on and balance them for me at a reasonable price. I will definitely go back to Cronin Kia for any further service needs I may have.
